Meet Our Therapists
A compassionate team of licensed Counselling Therapists, Canadian Certified Counsellors, and Registered Social Workers; all dedicated to supporting your mental health needs across Alberta.
Hi, I’m Amy!
I am a Canadian Certified Counsellor (C.C.C.) and a Counselling Therapist (C.T.), with a Master of Science in Clinical and Counselling Psychology and over 13 years of experience supporting individuals, couples, and families across Alberta.
I believe that real healing begins when you feel genuinely heard and understood. That’s why my approach is grounded in the Person-Centered model, ensuring our sessions are built on trust and connection. From there, I integrate evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) always through a trauma-informed lens to match your unique needs and goals.
Over the years, I’ve worked with clients navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, relationship struggles, cultural transitions, and family challenges. For newcomers to Canada, I provide culturally sensitive counselling, and I also offer sessions in Punjabi and Hindi so clients can express themselves in the language that feels most natural.
What inspires me most is seeing people move from feeling overwhelmed or stuck to regaining clarity, confidence, and connection in their lives.

Counselling Therapist, Canadian Certified Counsellor
Favourite quote: “Mental health is not a destination; it is a process.”
I am a Canadian Certified Counsellor (C.C.C.) and Canadian Certified Supervisor (C.C.S.) with a Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy (MAMFT), and a professional member of the Association of Counselling Therapy of Alberta (ACTA). With over 20 years of experience, I have supported individuals, couples, and families across Alberta in schools, social services, and private practice. I also serve as a Clinical Supervisor for master’s students and registered counsellors.
My approach is strength-based and integrative, meaning therapy is never one-size-fits-all. Instead, I focus on building on your existing resilience while tailoring each session to your unique needs. Depending on your goals, I may draw from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), Family Systems, Attachment-based models, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and trauma-informed practices.
Over the years, I’ve worked with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, mood disorders, trauma (including childhood, sexual, and relational), and marriage and family challenges such as communication breakdowns and trust issues. These are just some of the concerns I support. What matters most is helping you feel safe, understood, and equipped to create meaningful change.
What I value most in my work is watching clients move from feeling weighed down by stress, conflict, or past wounds to experiencing greater clarity, connection, and hope for the future.

Registered Social Worker (RSW)
Favourite quote: “Connection is why we’re here; it is what gives purpose and meaning to our lives.”
I am a Registered Social Worker with a Master of Social Work (MSW) and over 25 years of clinical experience supporting individuals, couples, and families across Alberta. My career has included extensive work in both hospital and community settings, giving me the privilege of walking alongside people at every stage of life from families of newborns and premature infants, to adolescents facing eating disorders and developmental challenges, to adults navigating mental health and life transitions, and older adults adjusting to aging, loss, and health changes.
I have supported clients from diverse cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds through concerns such as anxiety, depression, grief and loss, caregiver stress, and relational challenges. My approach is always trauma-informed and culturally humble, grounded in respect for the unique identities and lived experiences that each client brings to therapy.
In my work as a marriage and family therapist, I integrate Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), the Gottman Method, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI). By blending these evidence-based approaches, I strive to create a safe and empowering space where clients can strengthen relationships, work through challenges, and move toward meaningful growth.
What I value most is watching clients shift from feeling weighed down by stress, conflict, or loss to experiencing renewed connection, resilience, and hope.
Hi, I’m Samantha!

Counselling Therapist, Canadian Certified Counsellor
Favourite quote: “Happiness can be found, even in the darkest of times, if one only remembers to turn on the light.”
I am a Canadian Certified Counsellor (C.C.C.) and Counselling Therapist (C.T.) with a Master’s in Counselling Psychology (MACP), as well as a Certified Professional Life Coach (C.P.L.C.). For over a decade, I have supported both teens and adults navigating challenges such as stress, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, and life transitions to name a few. Many clients come to me feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unhappy with parts of their lives whether at home, at work, or in their emotional well-being.
My role as a therapist is to provide a safe, supportive, and collaborative space where you can explore what’s holding you back, gain clarity, and build strategies for lasting change. Together, we’ll create a plan that feels realistic, actionable, and aligned with your goals.
My approach is eclectic and flexible, drawing from a range of evidence-based modalities. These include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT). This integrative style allows me to tailor therapy to your unique needs, ensuring you get both practical tools and deeper insight.
Over time, many of my clients describe moving from self-doubt and uncertainty to experiencing greater confidence, clarity, and balance in their daily lives.
All therapists are licensed through their respective provincial regulatory bodies.
